Great service the most professional ones in the game right now
As a entrepreneur, my time is everything to me. My check engine light on my Buick came on at the most inconvenient time (as it always does), and since my car is the lifeline of my business, I couldn't afford be without it I called into the service department and spoke with Johnny, who was both informative and instrumental in getting me in last minute to take care of my car. What I loved most about the professional service he provided was his transparency. Because he was honest with me, I was able to plan accordingly. I value great customer service, and Johnny EMBODIES that!

I had scheduled my Cadillac XT4 for an oil change with the Honolulu Dealership service center. When I arrived at the service intake lane, I was immediately met by a very friendly and professional woman associate, Ms Sarah Pratt. She immediately checked her tablet for my name and asked about my vehicles needs. Without my even asking, she explained the oil change specials which I took advantage of for certain. Another reason I chose the dealership is that Sarah is an expert in applying my GM rewards as payment. Another special was a FREE car wash for all vehicles serviced. Sarah and the Honolulu dealership made my day! Mahalo nui loa! I highly recommend the Honolulu GMC, Cadillac, Buick dealership for all your service needs! Again, thanks Sarah!

Johnny and his service was 10/10. He was more than helpful and would be very happy to receive service from him again. The actual technicians and service department as a whole I’d rate 0/10. Not only did they manage to spend almost 6 hours to complete a 30 minute task, but they also somehow managed to break my inner driver side door handle, and the clips to hold the panel onto the door.
The dealership service center had awesome customer service, they were very professional and courteous. I took my car in to have a diagnostic done on the rear interior door light, they fixed it right the first time.

Overall, the sales person did help me sort of get the vechile I wanted I wanted the CT4, but did ask for a manual. My sales rep replied that there are none, I would have appreciated the up sell to the CT5, I traded a worthless 2014 3.7 Mustang, I would have purchased a CT5 with manual transmission and matching or bigger engine than my mustang 3.7. So I purchased the CT4 2.0, which is a step down from the performance. Additionally, I am a Costco member and presented my CADILLAC LIMITED-TIME SPECIAL Valid through 2/28/2025 Present a digital or printed copy of this certificate to any Cadillac retailer by February 28, 2025, to receive your member-only savings. It was valid on all EV models in December, this month is Cadillac models. Unfortunately, we are not told ahead of time what the next months promotions will be. Requested to get the the sales managers approval and I have not heard back with a response this was a week ago. Received a follow-up call from the sales manager which honored my Costco Auto program incentive and also explained the type of models available with manual transmissions. Much mahalos!

Although he was overwhelmed with other customers, he still took the time off to explain to me the situation with my truck. I bought my first brand new vehicle here, and I have to say service was great, everyone were very nice, patient and nog once I felt pressured into buying some an can't afford like other dealership. They tried to get me the best deal and find ways to squeeze my payments down. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Strongly recommend Honolulu GMC to anyone.
