The sales person, Nick Nakama, was knowledgable, helpful, and recognized our needs. The Finance person, Theresa Karas, was very helpful and attentive to our desires about financing. Everyone was friendly and helpful…a really great experience.

Car was promised at 1:45, I called 2x before coming at 2:00. Car wasn't ready. Had to self-pay for an Uber home. Returned the next day at 10am and car was still not ready. Returned again at 1:30, was said it was ready but had error messages that needed to be cleared. Took an additional 45 minutes before it was ready. Still paid full price and I was out the time and money for the three trips to pickup my car. Very poor service and communication

Terrible customer service. Repairs were not made to satisfaction. Car was held for 3 months and the day got my car back my car was smoking under the hood

I’ve brought my vehicle here several times now. As a former technician at a dealership I can confidently say that this dealership feels understaffed with service writers. I don’t even try to call anymore because my calls are never answered. The last time I brought my vehicle in I left it for 2 weeks for a noise and recall and nothing was done. They took care of a situation that was brought onto another dealership and was told that there was no issue with my vehicle. So yes, they are the real deal! Not like the Waipahu location.

Acceptable negotiations but wish the manager would of came of a little more. The wait for financing was a bit longer (almost 2 hrs) but financing person was a good experience.

I lease vehicles from all types of manufacturers/Dealerships and Cadillac was not in my radar, until I met Theresa Karas who was very professional, sharp and a high standard of Customer Service.

I’ll admit that on the day I came in for an oil change it seemed like there was some chaos going on, but the staff was very professional and courteous to me the whole time. Thinking it would take a long time based on the chaos, I left my truck and went home. I got a call a couple hours later that the truck was done, but living across island and being so close to closing time I left it there over night. Overall the experience was a very good one and I look forward to seeing them again ...

Johnny Henson was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. You are lucky to have him there. 👍👍 I think he is a great asset to your GMC service department! The only downside was it took about 3 weeks to make an appointment.

Dante and Theresa were very professional but the dealership itself is shabby, from the weeds and cigarette butts by the front steps to its overall look. I should add that we bought a BMW that you had bought in auction. Our mechanics checked out the 2-year old X1 and found it to be in excellent shape. Overall, we had a good experience.

Excellent service, in particular from our salesman, Dante and Finance person, Theresa. We never felt pressure, they kept our best interest at heart, answered all our questions. Theresa was excellent at explaining all the various options, clarified what we were signing as she handed the multiple documents for signature. And mostly, did all this with a sincerely friendly demeanor. Even the receptionist knew our name and treated us with friendly respect. All I can say is "Moose" has turned the service department around. He is very responsive even under the conditions that he is working with to really follow up and make this Cadillac service department what it should be. Ive had such bad problems in the past from prior service managers and spent many many days just trying to get answers from others. Thank you Jeremy for assisting to get our fleet back on the road.

They accepted my car when I called about having it towed in. They did not return a single phone call or answer their phone for weeks. They did not even look at my car for three weeks. Put me on hold for 1.5 hours and then hung up on me. The most horrific experience ever with a Cadillac dealer. Not until Sarah came did I experience any service. She was amazing.

I had scheduled my Cadillac XT4 for an oil change with the Honolulu Dealership service center. When I arrived at the service intake lane, I was immediately met by a very friendly and professional woman associate, Ms Sarah Pratt. She immediately checked her tablet for my name and asked about my vehicles needs. Without my even asking, she explained the oil change specials which I took advantage of for certain. Johnny and his service was 10/10. He was more than helpful and would be very happy to receive service from him again. The actual technicians and service department as a whole I’d rate 0/10. Not only did they manage to spend almost 6 hours to complete a 30 minute task, but they also somehow managed to break my inner driver side door handle, and the clips to hold the panel onto the door.


The dealership service center had awesome customer service, they were very professional and courteous. I took my car in to have a diagnostic done on the rear interior door light, they fixed it right the first time.
