Original salesperson was terrible. Scheduling oil change is awful - like 2 months out and only on Saturdays. We wouldn't have bought oil package had we known how difficult to schedule. Also, even with an appointment it can take over 2 hours - why???

Signed the papers for a used car, was told after I couldn’t take it because it needed an inspection. 2 weeks later it was ready, only to break down in less than 48 hours. But car was sold as is so no help from dealer sadly. This dealership I know gets so much grief as they are the only Cadillac dealership on the island and there are so many recalls and parts delays. The customer are very rude to the employees and blame them for things out of their control. Marina and Moose offer exceptional customer service everytime I go there the staff does their absolute best to meet my needs. The issues they have stem from corporate not supporting this dealership the way they should in my opinion. I can't say enough great things about the staff. They are all great!

Bituel kept me informed on the status of my truck. He called to let me know that 1 tire was not repairable. Very polite and called when the truck was completed
Horrible service, car sits for weeks before getting serviced, wait time is hours too, dropping off or picking up takes very long. Nobody ever answers the phone ! Its absolutely ridiculous to have a service center run like this after purchasing a brand new car I dread bringing my car back for service!

He didn't let the technicians touch the car for a week. And i've received a warning from the Onstar that my battery is low. I had to take it to the another Gmc dealer.
My tire blew out after hitting a pothole. It turned about to be a recall issue. It took a month to get one tire fixed. I was not given a rental car or compensation for being without my car for a month. I did not receive updates and my calls were not returned when I called to check on the status. When I came to pick up my car, the services were had discussed (first service, tire rotation, etc) had not been completed, despite an inspection report on my paperwork.
Have been looking for months. Finally saw a truck thanks to nick! Messaged him and came straight in the next day. Very easy to work with and no pressure. He and Alex helped me get a great deal and made the process very smooth. Thanks again guys 🤙
